Thank you for shopping at A Square Men’s Wear. We take pride in the quality and fit of our menswear collection. Please read our policy regarding returns and exchanges carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy (No Refunds)

All sales are final. We do not offer cash, UPI, bank, or card refunds for any products purchased on our website or at our store. However, we are happy to facilitate an exchange under the conditions outlined below.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Timeframe: The exchange request must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order.

Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Packaging & Tags: All original product tags, brand labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.

Proof of Purchase: You must provide the order confirmation email, receipt, or invoice.

4. How to Initiate an Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or another product of equal or greater value, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team via email or phone with your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you on how to ship or return the item to our store location in Vijayapura, Devanahalli, Bangalore.

Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items for exchange, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size or color sent by us), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will verify the issue and arrange for a replacement or correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
